About the Culture Keepers Fellowship Program
The Culture Keepers Fellowship Program is focused on relational leadership. Across 15 months, its goal is to develop and advance Tribal child welfare leaders to:
- Promote Tribal sovereignty.
- Realign Tribal child welfare systems with traditional knowledge and culture.
- Prioritize cultural well-being.
- Advance staff well-being.
The fellowship’s program model is grounded in Tribal culture and values and is designed to be tailored to individual Tribal programs.
